Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2 and DCAF4L2. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.
