Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT16L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,341 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUDT16L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT2, STUB1, and FERMT3. Each is linked with NUDT16L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT16L1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT16L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT16L1 versus JPT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT16L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT16L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
