NUDT15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-60P, RNU4-88P, and KLRC4. Each is linked with NUDT15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT15-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-60P grouped by NUDT15-low versus NUDT15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
