NUDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, MRTO4, and KDF1. Each is linked with NUDC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDC-to-partner and partner-to-NUDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDC versus AUNIP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
