NUCKS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCKS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCKS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, MIR6864, and NDUFA5P5. Each is linked with NUCKS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCKS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCKS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by NUCKS1-low versus NUCKS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
