NTSR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTSR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,574 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, LYVE1, and LAMA4. Each is linked with NTSR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTSR1-to-partner and partner-to-NTSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTSR1 versus ADRA1A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
