NTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM90A27P, RNU6-1155P, and GAPDHP56. Each is linked with NTN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN3-to-partner and partner-to-NTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM90A27P grouped by NTN3-low versus NTN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
