NTN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL12A1, ITGB5, and TAF5. Each is linked with NTN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTN1 versus COL12A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
