NTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2P3, RNU6-1112P, and MIR3928. Each is linked with NTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2P3 grouped by NTN1-low versus NTN1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
