NTF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 568 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, C1QB, and RPS18. Each is linked with NTF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF4-to-partner and partner-to-NTF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
