NT5DC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5DC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5DC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-3, GIMAP1-GIMAP5, and SETD9. Each is linked with NT5DC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5DC4-to-partner and partner-to-NT5DC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-3 grouped by NT5DC4-low versus NT5DC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5DC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5DC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
