Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-150P, MIR527, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with NT5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-150P grouped by NT5C-low versus NT5C-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
