NSUN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF20, ADNP, and RNF40. Each is linked with NSUN6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN6-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN6 versus RNF20 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
