NSUN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAZ1B, GTF2I, and BUD31. Each is linked with NSUN5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN5-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN5 versus BAZ1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
