NSUN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSUN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, LRIT2, and MEIKIN. Each is linked with NSUN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN5-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by NSUN5-low versus NSUN5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
