NSMCE4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,949 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATE1, SMC3, and TACC2. Each is linked with NSMCE4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE4A-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE4A versus ATE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
