NSMCE4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 915 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51V1, RNU4-27P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with NSMCE4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE4A-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51V1 grouped by NSMCE4A-low versus NSMCE4A-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
