NSMCE1-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE1-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,440 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE1-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA13, SDF2L1, and SEC11C. Each is linked with NSMCE1-DT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE1-DT-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE1-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE1-DT versus HSPA13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE1-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE1-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
