NSDHL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSDHL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSDHL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, SLC25A5, and HMGCS1. Each is linked with NSDHL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSDHL-to-partner and partner-to-NSDHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSDHL versus CUL4B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSDHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSDHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
