Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSDHL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSDHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C68, RN7SKP86, and RPS6P20. Each is linked with NSDHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSDHL-to-partner and partner-to-NSDHL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C68 grouped by NSDHL-low versus NSDHL-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSDHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSDHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
