Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSDHL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSDHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NSDHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSDHL-to-partner and partner-to-NSDHL results are reported.
