Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM213, PTPRD-AS1, and HSPH1. Each is linked with NRXN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN3-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRXN3 versus TMEM213 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
