NRGN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,176 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARRB1, NFS1, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with NRGN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRGN-to-partner and partner-to-NRGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRGN versus ARRB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
