Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRGN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL2, C11orf96, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with NRGN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRGN-to-partner and partner-to-NRGN results are reported.
