Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRGN mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells. Each is linked with NRGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRGN-to-partner and partner-to-NRGN results are reported.
