Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,260 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMB2P1, S100A8, and S100A9. Each is linked with NRF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRF1-to-partner and partner-to-NRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRF1 versus LAMB2P1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
