NRDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAT1, TTC4, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with NRDC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRDC-to-partner and partner-to-NRDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRDC versus HAT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
