NR2C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR2C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR2C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAGE4, LUZP4, and CGB2. Each is linked with NR2C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR2C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR2C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAGE4 grouped by NR2C1-low versus NR2C1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR2C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR2C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
