NR1I2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1I2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1I2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBZ, TEX33, and PIGY. Each is linked with NR1I2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1I2-to-partner and partner-to-NR1I2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HBZ grouped by NR1I2-low versus NR1I2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1I2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1I2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
