NR1H4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1H4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX37, ASCL4, and C10orf71. Each is linked with NR1H4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1H4-to-partner and partner-to-NR1H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX37 grouped by NR1H4-low versus NR1H4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
