NR1D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1, FBXW10, and ACTR6. Each is linked with NR1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR1D1-to-partner and partner-to-NR1D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF1 grouped by NR1D1-low versus NR1D1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
