Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR1D1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NR1D1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NR1D1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR1D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SARC show a favorable association.
COAD, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NR1D1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
