Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NQO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NQO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A31, DPPA2, and CADPS. Each is linked with NQO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO2-to-partner and partner-to-NQO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NQO2 versus SLC25A31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NQO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NQO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
