Across TCGA patient cohorts, NQO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NQO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with NQO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO2-to-partner and partner-to-NQO2 results are reported.
