The most reproducible NQO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, Ketone catabolic process, and Positive regulation of lymphocyte activation. Each is linked with NQO2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO2-to-partner and partner-to-NQO2 results are reported.
