Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NQO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,578 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NQO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPA2, PROS1, and ALOX5AP. Each is linked with NQO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO2-to-partner and partner-to-NQO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NQO2 versus IMPA2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NQO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NQO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
