NQO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NQO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NQO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, H2AC12, and ZNF2. Each is linked with NQO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO1-to-partner and partner-to-NQO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by NQO1-low versus NQO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NQO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NQO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
