Across TCGA cell cohorts, NQO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,933 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NQO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Xenobiotic metabolic process, Ketone metabolic process, and Testosterone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NQO1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO1-to-partner and partner-to-NQO1 results are reported.
