NQO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NQO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,473 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NQO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTL, OSGIN1, and G6PD. Each is linked with NQO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NQO1-to-partner and partner-to-NQO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NQO1 versus FTL in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NQO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NQO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
