NPY2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPY2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,961 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPY2R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of growth, Negative regulation of cell growth, and Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus. Each is linked with NPY2R in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPY2R-to-partner and partner-to-NPY2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPY2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPY2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
