Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,020 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPTX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC9A3R1_S280, MRPL43, and PRAF2. Each is linked with NPTX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX2-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPTX2 versus SLC9A3R1_S280 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
