Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, MEK1, and MSH6. Each is linked with NPTX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX2-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by NPTX2-low versus NPTX2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
