Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,395 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleotide biosynthetic process, Transport along microtubule, and Regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential. Each is linked with NPTX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX2-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX2 results are reported.
