NPTX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NPTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T4, CT45A6, and ANGPTL5. Each is linked with NPTX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX2-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T4 grouped by NPTX2-low versus NPTX2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
