NPTX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPTX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU7-110P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with NPTX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPTX1-to-partner and partner-to-NPTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by NPTX1-low versus NPTX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
