Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,014 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, LRP1, and EFEMP1. Each is linked with NPR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPR2-to-partner and partner-to-NPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPR2 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
