Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, MIR548AN, and RNU6-1138P. Each is linked with NPM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM2-to-partner and partner-to-NPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by NPM2-low versus NPM2-high in UCEC.
