NPM1P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPM1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPM1P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, MCM5, and MCM7. Each is linked with NPM1P9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPM1P9-to-partner and partner-to-NPM1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P9 versus RPL12_S38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NPM1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NPM1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
