Across TCGA patient cohorts, NPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,285 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAX, HCK, and PLEK. Each is linked with NPL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPL-to-partner and partner-to-NPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NPL versus ITGAX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
