The most reproducible NPIPB9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA catabolic process, Spliceosomal complex assembly, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NPIPB9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NPIPB9-to-partner and partner-to-NPIPB9 results are reported.
